• The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Wait for Authorization:
   • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.
3. Prepare Your Return:
   • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
   • Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return:
   • Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
